#10 Take something hard and remove steps

Most successful products don’t invent new problems; they just make old ones easier. Uber didn’t invent taxis. Calendly didn’t invent meetings. Both just removed friction.

Next time you notice someone complaining (“this takes too long,” “why do I always have to…”), ask yourself:

“What if this happened automatically, or in one click?”

That’s the essence of innovation — not adding more features, but removing effort.
